A Bit About Us

With over 30 years of experience, Nicole Heal and Ashley St. John are launching Skills for Life, an early childhood special education preschool. Skills for Life will provide individualized, evidence-based special education for children ages 3–5 with developmental disabilities. Skills for Life focuses on teaching the essential communication, social, and adaptive skills children need to feel confident, connected, and ready for a successful transition to kindergarten. They are absolutely thrilled to open their doors and will soon be accepting referrals from surrounding public schools and Child Development Services.
